Delivery Schedules:

All goods are delivered via our courier partner namely DPD and Parcelforce and usually delivered to your address within 2 to 3 working days. If you would prefer next working day delivery than this can be arranged. our cut off time for next working day delivery service is 11.00am. please e-mail us for our current prices for this service.


Delays in Delivery:

In the event of the delay in delivery, please note that Axon Distribution Ltd could not be liable for the courier's fault. No refund is allowed where the courier company has failed to deliver the item on a particular service. For example an item delivered through 24 hour service and the customer not receiving the item in the given time due to delay by the courier company.


Failed Delivery:

If a courier company has tried to deliver the parcel but have not found anyone to take the delivery, the driver will leave the failed delivery card through the letterbox then it will become the customer’s responsibility to re-arrange the delivery with courier company. The parcel will be held at the local depot for 5 days then it will come back to us. In this event, it will be customer's responsibility to pay for failed and re-delivery charge incurred.
